Play the original Zelda in first-person on the Oculus Rift.
Have you ever been curious as to how the original Zelda game would look if it were in first-person? Well, a few gamers were, and they have released a video showing off the beta of the game.
Utilizing the Oculus Rift, the creators put you in Link’s shoes. Based on the video, it looks like we’re watching an almost entirely new game, but it will stay true to the original, just utilizing a different perspective.
If you’re curious about the beta yourself and you have an Oculus Rift, you can pick up the beta from Vaecon here. Currently only the over-world and first dungeon are available, but the full game is slated for a March 2014 release.
