General Zod is pleased with over a billion play sessions.
Today Warner Brothers Interactive Entertainment and DC Entertainment have announced that Injustice: Gods Among Us has reached more than one billion play sessions since it first launched in April of 2013.
This news has made the two companies so happy that they’ve decided to give players who play the game any time from today through this weekend 30,000 free power credits, which is the currency needed to unleash over-the-top super moves on your foes.
For those who aren’t sure what the game is, Injustice: Gods Among Us is a free-to-play mobile fighting game set in the DC universe. It is available on the iPad, iPhone, iPod Touch, and Android with a console version, Injustice: Gods Among Us Ultimate Edition, being available on the Sony PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, PC, and Microsoft’s Xbox 360.
