NASCAR ’14 arrives on 360, PS3, and PC on February 18
Yesterday the UK developer Eutechnyx has announced that NASCAR ’14 will be launching on February 18. The game will retail for $50 on the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC.
For those wondering just what the game will have in store, it’s fairly simple. The game, as other titles in the series, will have the standard career mode. In addition, however, the new game will feature a mode called “Highlights”, which will recreate events from the racing season. These recreations will be exact, right down to the weather and even racer placement. It will also feature official teams and tracks, as well as online multiplayer, including the ability to create your own online leagues.
For those wondering about the franchise in particular, the license for the game is in the care of Deep Silver, the company that worked on games like Metro: Last Light and Catherine. Don’t expect to see their name on this game, however, as Eutechnyx had stated back in June that they would be self-publishing the next game in the series before Deep Silver took on the publishing role.
