Yesterday we had reported an issue regarding the PC version of Metal Gear Rising. This issue forced gamers to always be online in order to play, and it was unclear as to if it was some unmentioned DRM by Konami or if it was just a glitch in the system.
For those who haven’t checked the previous entry again, we’re here to confirm that the issue has indeed been fixed. Steve Keyposted on Twitter that the issues have been fixed, allowing any new downloads to run in offline mode without issue. If, however, you’ve already downloaded the game when these issues were occurring and you are still experiencing the problem, he states that uninstalling and redownloading the game should bypass the issue.
