Battlefield 4 continues having online issues
It’s kind of depressing that Battlefield 4, which is a blast to play on the Xbox One and PS4, continues to have connectivity issues.
Though the game still received positive reviews, the online issues have plagued the game since it’s launch and things aren’t getting any better.
One look at the game’s official blog, notes that DICE is still investigating connectivity issues across all platforms:
From it’s initial October release, BF4 has seen problems such as the inability to connect to multiplayer games, crashes, loss of saved data and the inability to play DLC. It’s been quite frustrating, so much so that there’s even a law firmed who has filed a complaint against EA.
According to tone of the help forums, some players are saying they can’t even update their game and loss of progress is still an issue.
Obviously EA and DICE are aware of the issues, but it’s been the rockiest start for a Battlefield game that we’ve ever seen, and it’s a shame because the game is genuinely good…when it works.
