
With Sony having announced which apps would be available on Day 1 for the PlayStation 4, Microsoft has today shot back with their own confirmed line-up of apps for the Xbox One that will arrive between the launch day of Nov. 22 and Spring 2014.
“We set out to make Xbox One the all-in-one games and entertainment hub for your home. The one system that offers the best games next to the best entertainment experiences and apps,” said Marc Whitten, Xbox Chief Product Officer. “Along with offering a stellar app portfolio from around the world, Xbox One takes the next step by offering them in a way that is seamless and easy to use.”
As it pertains to the U.S. market, here are the apps that are on the way:

- Crackle
- CWTV
- ESPN
- FOX NOW
- FXNOW
- HBO GO (coming soon)
- Hulu Plus
- Machinima
- MUZU TV
- Netflix
- Redbox Instant by Verizon
- Target Ticket
- TED
- The NFL on Xbox One
- Twitch
- Univision Deportes
- Verizon FiOS TV
- VUDU
You can also check out this full list of apps coming to all 13 markets where the Xbox One will be available. Microsoft also pointed out that in every market, the Xbox One will come with Xbox Fitness, Xbox Video, Xbox Music, Internet Explorer, Skype, Skydrive and Upload.
