Deep Silver has today released the Linux version of Metro: Last Light, and if you haven’t played it due to running your system on said platform, then be sure to check it out.
Developed by 4A Games, the game will also be coming for Steam OS and the Steam Controller. For those who were lucky enough to be chosen to receive a prototype Steam Machines, a copy of Metro: Last Light will come included with the hardware.
“We are excited by the prospect of bringing the ultimate Metro experience, powered by next-gen PC hardware into the living room,” said Oles Shishkovstov, Chief Technical Officer at 4A Games. “Metro: Last Light will be a great showcase for Steam OS and the Steam Controller.”
As the game supports Steam Play, owners of any Steam version of the game will see it added to their Windows PC, Mac or Linux Steam libraries.
