Nintendo gives customers a chance to get fit for free via Wii Fit U
Earlier today, Ramon shared Nintendo’s Direct update which revealed more information on the upcoming Wii Fit U. Now we’re happy to announce that Nintendo is planning on providing a free full version of the game starting on November 1.
This full version will be able to be used for a full month and will be available on Nintendo’s eShop. In order to use the software, you will simply need a Wii balance board and a broadband connection. In addition, if you end up wanting to keep the software, you can simply purchase the Fit Meter and sync it to the game.
For those wondering why Nintendo is doing this, Reggie Fils-Aime, Nintendo of America’s president and COO, fills us in by stating, “Wii Fit U is all about ‘fun fitness’ for everyone in the family. With this special offer, Nintendo is making it easier than ever for families to get active and stay active, making now the perfect time to upgrade to Wii U. This is another example of the kind of value and variety that only Nintendo can offer.”
If you own a Wii U, will you be taking advantage of this offer?
