Ghosts ‘n Goblins Online appears on Steam Greenlight

Ghosts ‘n Goblins Online hits Steam Greenlight.

For those unaware, Ghosts ‘n Goblins Online was a game that was cancelled twice by developer Capcom. It seems that the game will be getting created after all, however, as it has recently appeared on Steam Greenlight.

The game will boast co-op gameplay, a storyline that follows the “Rescue the princess!” style, PVP, and even an extra difficulty mode that will challenge gamers. This difficulty will be called “Demonic Dimension”.

Our friends at Destructoid have pointed out that, thought the game is being billed as an MMO, it really isn’t, or at least not in the traditional sense. Said Destructoid, “Like Diablo, you’ll engage in instanced quests with a limited group, in a dungeon crawling type manner. It’s more akin to an action-RPG than a “massive” multiplayer experience, so don’t get your expectations out of whack!”

What do you think of this development?
