A recent game titled Card Hunter has gained a bit of a following in the time since it has been released.

The game,  according to Kotaku, “Assembled by a magical gathering of collectible card and video game talent, Card Hunter is a truly unique of deck building and tabletop role-playing that no fan of either should miss — and since it’s browser-based and free, no fan has to.

They went on to praise the game, citing that two of the most impressive talents behind it were Richard Garfield (of Magic: The Gathering fame) and Jonathan Chey (co-founder of Irrational Games). In fact, the writer at Kotaku believes that we shouldn’t be playing the game for free at all, but paying the two creators (as well as the other talent that made the game a possibility).
