During Apple’s conference today, Mr. Cook showed off the new operating system, iOS 7.

According to Cook, this new system will ship next month to 700 million new devices. After stating this, he invited Apple’s senior vice president for software engineering, Craig Federighi to take the stage in order to reveal more details about the new system.

Mr. Federighi expressed confidence in the system, stating that, “Virtually overnight, hundreds of millions of people will download iOS 7.” He then proceeded to show a walk-through of the system.

The features shown off have made several wonder about the new phone’s battery life. Will it be able to last any length of time utilizing the features that the new system offers? Or will the battery life be the worst we’ve seen so far?
