Apple shows off iOS 7’s new camera app
During the Apple press conference today, the company showed off the new camera application.
The application, which was previewed during the Worldwide Developers Conference in June, appears to be much faster than the current camera application that’s available in iOS 6. In addition, the upcoming application will have built-in access to several live photo filters.
That isn’t all, however, as it will allow users to organize images into new organizations, such as by location or time, and includes a user interface which can zoom out to a year view.
Mr. Federighi wrapped finished off the camera section of the press conference by stating that there are well over 200 new features in the upcoming iOS 7, and a number of new apps are being designed based around the new interface.
Just what are these new applications being designed? Will they find a popular foothold among the iOS users?
Thanks, NY Times.
