Those who played the previous entries in the series may recall that we began to see a bit of weapon camo in Battlefield 3. During Gamescom, the company revealed that Battlefield 4 will take the camo options and expand them, thus allowing players to customize their weapons and vehicles even more.

The company has hinted at more options being available at a later date, but the camo that the game will start off with falls into 8 classes. Adaptive, Autumn, Desert, Naval, Snow, Urban, Woodland, and Misc.

The first 7 classes include variations of the Atomic, Digital, Dot, ERDL, Flat, Flecktarn, Grass, Hexagon, Palm, Reed, Splinter, Spray, Starburst, Tiger, Turtle, and Worm patterns, with the final class adding unique color variations to these patterns.

In addition, there will also be camoflauge for your soldier, as well as the ability to create cusomtized emblems.

What kind of camo will we see when the game is launched? And how do you feel about the customization shown off in the upcoming FPS?

Thanks, Battlefieldo.
