Sony Worldwide Studios President Shuhei Yoshida told IGN last week that remaking Gran Turismo 6’s engine to fit the hardware of the PlayStation Vita would be “really hard” and they will not probably do it.
“As you can tell looking at GT6, it really is using PS3 to a very high level,” Yoshida said. “In terms of Vita support, I don’t expect the whole game to be able to run on PS Vita.” he added.
From what we’ve seen so far regarding Gran Turismo 6, we couldn’t agree more with him as the game looks simply astonishing.
Gran Turismo 6 will be releasing on 6 December worldwide, exclusively for PlayStation 3.
