Square Enix had a really bad fiscal year so far. They have managed to bring some big titles to the market, but according to them they did not manage to sell them as well as they wanted.

“We are in a situation that we have great games that could have sold more,” Square Enix’s Stephane D’astous said.
He blaims the pressure and the tension within the company for the bad sales they have managed to get this year.

“Square Enix is in a tight spot because there are compromises that are made, investments that are made that should not have been and things that they didn’t invest in but should have, communication is very lacking.” he added.

We would love to see a real comeback from the company, as they have managed to release some really good games this year. Games that were really appreciated by almost everybody who has an interest in gaming.
