Good new Madden fans! Madden NFL 25 Ultimate Team players will be able to transfer items from their Xbox 360 and PS3 versions over to the next-gen.

EA have announced that they players will be able to transfer 1100 items over to give them a head start on their Xbox One and PS4 versions of the game. All you need is an Origin account and an Xbox Live or SEN account and you will be able to move 55 active players and 45 active items, as well as 1000 reserve items from your current gen versions.

Even better, you’ll still be able to use those items on your Xbox 360 and PS3 versions of the game, although you won’t be able to auction or trade them. As well as this, Madden NFL 25 Anniversary Edition players who take part will also get six Madden Ultimate Team All Pro packs for use in the next-gen versions.

EA have also announced a similar scheme will happen with FIFA 14. Madden NFL 25 is due for release on Xbox 360 and PS3 on August 30th, with the Xbox One and PS4 versions coming later in the year.

Thanks VideoGamer.
