Halo: Spartan Assault, Vanguard Games and 343 Industries’ twin-stick-style, top-down arcade shooter will launch on July 18 for Windows 8-operated PCs, mobiles, and tablets.
The mobile version will only be available on Verizon Wireless until Aug. 16, according to the website, via Polygon. The game requires 1 gigabyte of RAM to run on Windows Phone 8 devices, a 512 megabyte RAM version is coming in August 2013.
The game is set between Halo 3 and Halo 4, and features 25 missions.
The game will be playable at the San Diego Comic-Con this week.
