Phil Spencer and Aaron Greenber staying with Microsoft after team reorganization

The departure of Don Mattrick to Zynga resulted in a big reorganization within Microsoft offices. Not only his job was take by Julie Larson-Green, but the company decided to reorganize the hole team.

It seems that Phil Spencer and Aaron Greenberg, two resonant names in this business and also gaming executives of Microsoft are staying with the Xbox team in order to enable the company to operate at “greater speed, efficiency, and capability in a fast changing world.”

Will the new team bring Microsoft’s Xbox One up to speed or it will fall behind the apparently fan-favourite PlayStation 4?
