Amazon can no longer guarantee release date delivery for both the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, the company announced today on Twitter.
Amazon is still taking pre-orders for both consoles, but it wrote, “we just can’t promise a delivery date.”
It’s unclear if the stock will be replenished.
On Wednesday, Best Buy announced it had sold out of the Xbox One, and is no longer accepting pre-orders. GameStop stopped taking PlayStation 4 pre-orders “due to high demand.”
The Xbox One will launch in Nov. for $499, and the PlayStation 4 will launch sometime this holiday season for $399.
