It’s not only the consumers who weren’t satisfied with Microsoft’s insane DRM and always-online policies, it seems that a couple of developer agree with us too. Ubisoft is the first one to step up and publicly release a statement in which they said: “I think consumers didn’t like their approach, so the fact they went back and listened to the consumers and gave them something different is a good move to ensure the new consoles [achieve] their potential,” Yves Guillemot, CEO of Ubisoft, said.

When it comes to Microsoft’s Xbox One retail price he stated that “For the hardware they’re putting on the market, the price is right”. Well, some of us agree with that, some of us don’t. The question is, what do you think? Personally, I don’t think the price should influence you more than usual when buying a console because overtime the console can be worth it… or not.
