LSL gets a high-res remake.

As announced by the successful Kickstarter yesterday, Leisure Suit Larry Reloaded, the remake of the original game, Leisure Suit Larry in the Land of the Lounge Lizards, is officially seeing a release today.

The remake sees the original creator, Al Lowe, team up with Replay Games in order to bring the perverted game to 3D. The game claims to have been “updated and expanded in every way imaginable!” Said Replay Games, “All we kept from the original game is the plot. EVERYTHING else is fresh and new.”

Some of the features included in this remake are new high-resolution graphics, a new musical score, “Thousands of hilarious new lines, gags, jokes, and dialogues, written by Al’s old Sierra partner, Josh Mandel (aka the voice of King Graham from King’s Quest)!”, and several new characters, puzzles, and locations, including a major new love interest for Larry Laffer.

Will the game do as well as the original?
