Nintendo may be laying off YouTubers who make Let’s Plays of titles that Nintendo has the rights to. Nintendo was claiming ad revenue from Let’s Play videos of Nintendo properties, but YouTube user Zack Scott has seen a change. Scott had revenue from his videos shut down on May 14th, soon after he pledged not to make any more Let’s Play videos because he could not make any money off of them. However, soon after on the 23rd Scott started receiving revenue from his videos and no other claims on his videos. Scott since then has taken a chance and started making new videos.
