EA layoffs continue as the company sees company-wide restructuring
Less than 20 Electronic Arts employees were laid off today, reports Polygon, including former game journalist Kat Bailey who first reported the news on Twitter. The tweets have since been deleted.
Bailey Tweeted that her “whole department just got cut.”
Speaking to a “EA source,” Polygon reports the layoffs are connected to the 900 job cuts that the company made in April, citing a company-wide restructuring.
