Chance Glasco, senior animator at Infinity Ward stated that the company is not worried by EA’s decision to make Battlefield 4 at 60 fps.
“We’ve always felt that was the standard. It doesnt really change how we think. It’s good for their games. It’s going to make them feel more fluid. It’s always been our standard and we’re going to keep it.” he said.

We all know that Call of Duty is a big series, but Battlefield was always a true competitor. So, where is the confidence from? Is Infinity Ward preparing something brand new for us? We’ll live to see.
If you did not know, Infinity Ward is the company behing the new Call of Duty: Ghosts. We can expect for an incredible fight between Battlefield 4 and Ghosts this year. We can’t wait to see more and more games playable in 60 fps!
