The Xbox One, one of the release platforms for CD Projekt Red’s The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, isn’t coming to Poland, where the developer is located.
“I was surprised,” CD Projekt Red CEO Marcin Iwinski told Game Informer, “and I really hope that it isn’t final. I think Polish gamers will speak out loud. From my perspective, it’s a sad situation.”
If a user creates an account from an unsupported region, according to the Xbox Support Twitter account, they won’t get the “full experience,” and it may not work.
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is in development for Xbox One, Windows PC, and PlayStation 4, and is slated to release sometime in 2014.
