The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker HD got a little love today during Nintendo Direct.
President Satoru Iwata confirmed that the game will run in 1080p.
In addition, the Tingle Tuner returns, and will let players use the Wii U GamePad create messages and then put them in a bottle before throwing them out to sea. Other players can then randomly receive those messages in their own adventure.
Nintendo says they are adding shaders to improve the textures and character expressions, while also adding a “speed up” button to make your boat travel faster.
The game is set to be released this October.
