During Sony’s E3 press conference, Sony managed to astound the entire audience as well as everyone watching at home when they confirmed that their next flagship console would have no DRM preventing you from playing your games or buying used games.

This news was a relief to gamers everywhere, when Sony said that you’re free to do whatever you want with any games you buy. You can lend it to friends, sell it to the secondary market, whatever.

Not only that, but you never need an internet connection in order to play your games. At no point will you be forced to connect to a server just to play games that you’ve already paid for.
