Dragon’s Dogma Quest coming to PlayStation Vita in Japan
Dragon’s Dogma has gathered a cult following, and though we may not have a proper sequel announced, reports from the latest issue of Japanese magazine Fumitsu suggest Capcom isn’t finished with the franchise yet. Dragon’s Dogma Quest is a 2D, free-to-play game that’s reportedly coming to PlayStation Vita in Japan this fall.
According to Siloconera’s translation, the game will require an online connection so players can control a combination of their pawns, the game’s name for controllable companions, with their friends’ to form an eight-person party. Players can explore towns and dungeons, fight monsters, and complete sidequests.
Dragon’s Dogma Quest will include microtransactions of some sort to speed the flow of the game.
Capcom hasn’t officially announced the game yet, and we don’t know if it’s coming to North America or not.
