Rumor: Microsoft leaked doc suggests Halo 5, Fable 4, Banjo Kazooie 4 reveals at E3

NeoGAF user Jignx reports via a “friend’s source” a list of games Microsoft will showcase for the Xbox One during its Electronic Entertainment Expo press conference next week.

That list includes:

  • Halo 5
  • Killer Instinct
  • Banjo Kazooie 4
  • Forza 5
  • Quantam Break
  • Halo: Spartan Assault
  • Ryse
  • Fable 4
  • Crackdown 3
  • “Fortnine” (likely a misspelling of Epic Games’ Fortnite)
  • Dead Rising 3
  • Call of Duty: Ghosts
  • Battlefield 4
  • Witcher 3
  • Dying Light
  • Prey 2
  • Homefront 2
  • Beyond Good & Evil 2
  • Mirror’s Edge 2
  • Rainbow 6 Patriots
  • Brother in Arms (possibly Gearbox Software’s Brothers in Arms: Furious 4 that has been said to be part of a new IP)
  • League of Legends

We ran the above image through FotoForensics and don’t see any discrepancies to suggest it’s fake, but none of the information has been confirmed.

Banjo Kazooie developer Rare is said to be working on a “historic IP”, which could lend credence to both a new Killer Instinct and Banjo Kazooie 4.

Microsoft registered multiple Halo: Spartan Assault domains on Saturday. It’s unclear if it is a game or the title of the announced Steven Spielberg television series.

Fable developer Lionhead Studios opened up new Fable forums today, which might suggest a step toward a game reveal.

Prey 2 is reportedly in development by Dishonored developer Arkane Austin.

Microsoft’s E3 press conference takes place June 10 at 9 a.m. PST.
