Following the announcement that SEGA and Nintendo had formed an exclusive partnership, in regards to the Sonic franchise, comes a teaser trailer for a next generation title: Sonic Lost World.
The new trailer that was released exclusively through IGN’s YouTube page, showcases a focus on inventive new ways to increase speed. More specifically, Sonic Lost World looks to be continuing the process of avoiding the series pratfalls of the past, by providing a pulled back and more focused camera system.
The coolest move shown in the trailer, involves the player’s ability to regularly scale walls as The Blue Blur. Many players may view this cool addition as reminiscent from the opening of Sonic CD.
The game is expected to get a full reveal at E3, with a possible announcement of a launch date. Whenever it will launch, due to the partnership, it will be exclusive to Nintendo platforms.
