According to reports from the popular UK consumer website Vouchercodespro.com, a recent poll revealed that more than half of gamers polled (52%), stand completely underwhelmed by the Xbox One’s recent showing. Another 39% vocalized “they didn’t care about the consoles television capabilities”, and half of the gamers surveyed pointed out the obvious: ” game consoles should stick to gaming”.

The UK poll is just one of many who have touched upon this widely seen negative response to the new console. The Xbox One reveal, which occurred Tuesday morning, has been making waves ever since. Between what many perceived as an off focus reveal, to an appallingly lack luster show of real video games to talk about, many were left disappointed.

The Xbox One and Microsoft have been the victims of never-ending jokes and criticisms since the console’s reveal.

While many figure heads from the company have come forward and tried to perform some damage control, I think the only way MS is going to repair any of the damage is an incredibly strong showing at E3.
