Ryse, the first-person hack and slash video game developed by Crytek in collaboration with Microsoft, has been postponed until the next-generation of consoles launches. The game was announced for the first time back in 2010, at E3 and it was a Kinect-based game.
The one thing they have changed in this game, is that Ryse is no more Kinect-based, it will be a “controller-based enhanced by Kinect”. Why? Maybe because it was silly to play a hack and slash with your bare hands in front of your scared neighbours.
A new teaser is now available on Crytek’s website, indicating a reveal at E3 2013. The game will be a Xbox one exclusive, and it’s more then likely to be launched in the first year of Xbox One’s life.
