Xbox One officially announced, trailer revealed

The conference that all of us were waiting for has just ended. Microsoft has announced a new next-gen console called Xbox One. The console will be an all-in-one entertainment system and it will launched with a redesigned controller and a new version of Kinect.

According to Microsoft, the new console is slated to be released “later this fall”, while also noting that the console will have 15 exclusive titles within its first year, while 8 of those will be brand new IPs.

In addition, Microsoft showed off the new controller, which you can see in the gallery above, that allows developers to add force feedback when pressing the triggers.  Also the new Kinect will run 30fps and can capture 1080p HD video.  Microsoft did also acknowledge that the console can record your gameplay footage and the expected Skype functionality will be built-in.
