The Amalur IP may be sold off soon from Rhode Island.

After taking over and auctioning off 38 Studios last year, Providence Journal is reporting that a company is interested in purchasing the IP, which is the last thing Rhode Island has from the company besides the $100 million plus debt.

While the company is not named that is interested, the Journal notes that the lawyer responsible for the sale hasn’t set a value on the property either.

The sale of 38 Studios physical assets brought the state about $830,000.
