SEGA today confirmed that Total War: ROME II will get released on Sep. 3 across all territories and in both physical and digital formats.
The publisher also revealed that pre-orders will come with ROME II’s first DLC for free alongside the game on release day. This first DLC, the Greek States Culture Pack, adds three additional playable factions to the game: Epirus, Athens and Sparta. Each faction will have its own unique units, buildings, missions and win conditions alongside a distinct tech tree.
There will also be a Collector’s Edition, which includes a Tabula Set, Tesserae Dice, Total War Cards: PUNIC WARS, the Canvas Campaign map and Roman Onager. The CE will look like this:
