Halo 4 Infinity Challenge Announced, Spartan Ops Takes Break

A new Infinity Challenge is kicking off for Halo 4.

The challenge, which starts Dec. 17, can be registered for at the Infinity Challenge website. The challenge will track both the War Games and Spartan Ops leaderboards, with over 2,800 prizes up for grabs.

The contest ends Jan. 10, with three different groups being formed Jan. 12. The grand prize will be a V8 2013 Ford F-150 SVT Raptor, which you can see above. The grand prize winner will also be in a future Halo game.

“The Halo 4 Infinity Challenge will be open to all consumers in all countries where Halo 4 is sold and Xbox LIVE is available, with the exceptions of the states of AZ, CT, MD, TN, & VT in the United States, and the province of Quebec in Canada,” Microsoft said.

In addition to this announcement, it was revealed that the Spartan Ops episodes will stop coming out weekly until January, when the final five episodes will start releasing again.
