HALO 4 Had to Be “Scaled Down” Says 343 Industries

Halo 4 has a ton of content out of the box with the solo campaign and the multiplayer mode. If you throw in the Spartan Ops mode that receives new episodes every so often that really is a lot of stuff.

However, in an interview with Xbox360Magazine, 343 Industries producer Kiki Wolfkill says they wanted to include a lot of things in Halo 4 that they had to “scale it down a bit,”

However, don´t fret Halo fans, Wolfkill states that they have Spartan Ops to implement all of this extra content.

“It’s interesting for us to consider how we can deliver content on a more regular basis instead of in one monolithic chunk of content, and that’s something we’re exploring with Spartan Ops…We did want to make sure we delivered a really cohesive experience and when it came to things like Spartan Ops, there wasn’t really an option for us not to do that.”

Halo 4’s Spartan Ops Episode Five is available now for the Xbox 360.

How do you feel 343 should handle content in the future?
