Halo 4 Getting New Multiplayer Modes

343 Industries revealed via Halo Waypoint that Halo 4 is set to get a new update which adds new gameplay modes for multiplayer, while making some changes to King of the Hill and Oddball modes.

There will be a new playlist called FFA Throwback, which uses the Haven, Adrift, Complex, Solace and Abandon maps for up to eight players in Free-for-All for Oddball and King of the Hill modes.

In the words of the development team:

“If you’ve been dominating these modes with teammates, see how the game changes when it’s every Spartan for themselves.”

Have fun!
