Wii U Version of Mass Effect 3 Confirmed for Nov. 18 Launch
Gamers who are planning to pick up a Nintendo Wii U in less than two weeks will now have another game to the list of launch day titles available.
BioWare today announced that ME3 will be available on Nov. 18, right alongside the Wii U.
Via BioWare’s official blog page, Melanie Faulknor, External Producer from BioWare Edmonton, stated:
“And now that all the hard work is done, we’re excited to be able to confirm that Mass Effect 3 Special Edition for the Wii U is a launch title for the new console. It will be available when the console launches in North America (November 18), Europe (November 30) and Japan (December 5).”
Bioware says that the game, which is in Special Edition form, will include the From Ashes DLC, Extended Cut DLC, the Rebellion, Resurgence and Earth multiplayer packs, as well as bonus weapon.
Gamers will also get the interactive Genesis back story that delves into Mass Effect and Mass Effect 2, which gives newcomers an idea of what’s going on and may help them make certain decisions within the game.
