Wii U Browser Runs on NetFront
Some new Wii U information was revealed today by Nintendo.
The Wii U’s Internet browser will use NetFront NX, a browser designed for smart TVs and game consoles. The system is also used for the 3DS, PSP, PS3 and Vita.
The browser can also be used on the WiiPad, but no plug-ins will be supported, including Flash.

It does HTML 5 really well, which may render flash obsolete in the near future.
