Borderlands 2 Sells 1.4 Million Copies
We knew that Borderlands 2 outsold the first title by 234 percent, but now we have some more exact numbers.
The NPD told Joystiq that the title sold 1.4 million copies during its release month. Keep in mind that this doesn’t count any of the digital sales on Steam or the PSN sales.
Macquarie Capital analyst Ben Schachter estimates that 3 million copies of the game will be sold in the first three months, including digital sales.
