As is the custom with game retailers nowadays, different places give you different bonuses. So, I don’t think anyone should expect much different when Tomb Raider releases in early 2013.

According to Joystiq GameStop offers the “Challenge Tomb,” a new location full of “environment puzzles.” Amazon gives you a bunch of content, you get a “Hunter Skin” that basically covers Lara in mud; a Kindle Fire copy of The Final Hours of Tomb Raider; and an art book. Best Buy gives gamers who pre-order a 48-page hardback comic called “The Beginning,” and an “Aviatrix Skin” with a bomber jacket for Lara.

Any of these make you want to go pre-order at a certain store? I think Best Buy’s might be the best.
