It’s October, and that means it’s time for something scary… that’s right… the beginning of holiday shopping season!!!
You used to think that holiday shopping started on “Black Friday.” Well forget that, it’s Halloween time, and the holiday stuff is hitting the shelf hard and fast. And with the invention of console online systems, Nintendo can thrust its stuff on the virtual shelf earlier and earlier.
Bad for retailers, great for video game fans. And even greater is the copious amount of games slated for the Nintendo 3DS. The company has announced several classics, new titles, and even previously-released cartridges in virtual form.
Releases on Nintendo 3DS’s eShop will include:
→ New titles such as action-puzzlers NightSky, Tokyo Crash Mobs, and Crashmo, the sequel to the critically-acclaimed Pushmo.
→ Virtual console titles such as the original Ninja Gaiden, Super Mario Bros.: The Lost Levels from the Super Nintendo’s Super Mario All-Stars, and the infamous Zelda II: The Adventure of Link.
→ Previously-released 3DS games in digital form, including Super Mario 3D Land, StarFox 64 3D, and Mario Kart 7.
