Assassin´s Creed 3 Gets A Season Pass

For as long as the Assassin´s Creed franchise has been around it surprisingly has never had a season pass for its DLC. I guess it makes sense that the most hyped addition to the franchise does receive one.

According to Destructoid, gamers will be able to purchase a Gold Edition of Assassin´s Creed III for $89.99, which includes the season pass along with the game. This probably make it safe to assume that the season pass will be $29.99 for those to wish to purchase it separately later. Ubisoft has also announced that players with a PS Vita and PS3 can pick-up both the Gold Edition of Assassin´s Creed III and Assassin´s Creed: Liberation together for $119.99.

Gotgame Features Editor, Adam Larck, helped me find the following information on what will be included in the season pass:

“The pass will let players access all five DLC packs planned for the game, including “The Tyranny of King Washington.”

The single-player campaign will be three episodic content packs with an alternate take of events after the American Revolution where George Washington gave into the new power he found.

The pass will also contain new maps and characters for multiplayer.”

So it seems like there will be plenty of options for gamers to purchase Assassin´s Creed III at the end of this month. I just wonder what will be included as DLC that they made an entire season pass for the game.
