Xbox Live Outage Happening with Time Warner Internet Users

According to Kotaku A large amount of people who are using the Time Warner Cable ISP have been incurring issues with connecting to Xbox Live. It does not really matter who´s fault it is, what matters is that some people cannot watch Netflix, Hulu Plus, or play games online with their Xbox 360´s.

The outage is now past its 24th hour but the weird thing is because it doesn’t seem to blanket a region or a particular Internet subscriber entirely, it’s tough to pin down what exactly is going on. It seems that some folks in Texas that have Time Warner and others in New York are having issues, quite a weird region difference if you ask me.

The latest, per Xbox Live’s service status page as of 12:00 p.m. ET, is:

“If you’re having issues connecting to Xbox LIVE and are using the Time Warner ISP, thank you for being patient and sticking with us while we work out the problem. Rest assured we are still working hard alongside Time Warner to fix it as quickly as we can. We will continue to update you as new information becomes available.”
