NIS Bringing two new Titles in 2013

At the Tokyo Game Show, Nippon Ichi Software has revealed two new games that will be coming out Early next year. One on the Playstation 3 and the other on the PSP.

On the Playstation 3, we have Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory which is the third installment of the series. If you are looking for a very original storyline with intense JRPG gameplay. Also to be released at the same time as the game is an app that will let you take pictures with Neptune and Noire, as well as wake up to their voices.  This could be interesting provided that the app adds immersion to the game. Expect to sink hundreds of hours into this hardcore rpg complete with collctions, fast paced battles and upgrades in a world where you play the part of an self aware Neptune set in a 1980’s version of Gamindustri.

Generation of Chaos™: Pandora’s Reflection is a strategy RPG that is coming to the PSP via PSN in February 2013.

“Dark clouds blanket the withered skies and block out the sun; cracked earth and choking fog
rule the land. This colorless world, showing no signs of life, is known as Hades. The barren
land is blasted by chilling winds that cut to the bone… This is where we meet our heroes—
Yuri, a young girl cursed with a disease draining her life away; and Claude, her protective
older brother who will stop at nothing to save her. As they travel in search of a cure, they find
themselves embroiled in a conflict that will determine the fate of the world and, just maybe,
the fate of the siblings. They’ll lose old friends, meet new friends, and travel on a path that
will lead them to the very doorstep of destiny..” – Via Press Release

This can be a great addition to the current library on the PSP. No information as of yet to whether it will work on the Vita, but don’t get your hopes up just yet as there has been some complications regarding the compatibility of PSN games for the PSP on the Vita.
