The Big Picture Mode beta for Steam on TVs will start today.
For players interested in using it, they can use a “lotus” style keyboard on-screen to type into the search or in the web browser included. Players use the analog stick to select the direction they need before hitting a color button tied to a letter.
“What we really want is to ship [Big Picture mode] and then learn,” Big Picture Mode team leader Greg Coomer said. “So we want to find out what people value about that. How they make use of it. When they make use of it. Whether it’s even a good idea for the broadest set of customers or not. And then decide what to do next.”

Could anyone direct me to a link that has more info on what else I would need besides the TV and Steam account?
