Warren Spector along with the other creative minds at Disney Interactive’s Junction Point showcased another “Epic” reveal at the annual Penny Arcade Expo (PAX) taking place in Seattle, Washington this week.

Exclusively revealed from Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two is Fort Wasteland, a new park of Wasteland Mickey and Oswald will have to venture into. Wasteland, the twisted version of the Disney universe based on forgotten characters and attractions introduced in the first Epic Mickey, finds its inspiration in Frontierland, the wild western wilderness area of Disneyland Parks around the world. With lost treasures such as the Mine Train Thru Nature’s Wonderland and Fort Wilderness on Tom Sawyer’s Island, Frontierland has delighted cowboys and cowgirls of all ages through the years.
Will Mickey and Oswald return Fort Wilderness to its former glory and get their shiny sheriff’s badges? Or will they thin the whole place out into the sunset? Their actions will create consequences in the future of the game with Epic Mickey 2‘s “PlayStyle Matters,” the innovative approach to gameplay introduced by Spector in the first Epic Mickey.
Pick up your magical brushes and remote controls and venture into Fort Wilderness on November 18, when Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two drops on the Wii, XBox 360, and PS3.
