Apple Lists the 8 Samsung Smartphones It Wants Banned

by on August 30, 2012

The Samsung Galaxy S2 Epic 4G was among those listed by Apple

With Apple’s beatdown of Samsung in court last week, the company submitted a list of 8 devices it wants banned and pulled from store shelves.

Those devices are:

  • Galaxy S 4G
  • Galaxy S2  (also Galaxy S2 AT&T, Galaxy S2 T-Mobile)
  • Galaxy S2 Epic 4G
  • Galaxy S Showcase
  • Droid Charge
  • Galaxy Prevail

Luckily for Samsung users, most of these devices are already older and not necessarily selling well here in the U.S.

To add to the sales bans though, Apple is looking to get the damages tripled to $3.15 billion since the jury found that Samsung “willfully” copied Apple, according to Bloomberg.
