Shooting robots is, in my eyes, a practice that can provide for many a fun moment. That said, shooting robots can become a tiring practice because, at some point, the desire for a more potent challenger arises. Demiurge Studios has seen this urge rise following their most recent title, Shoot Many Robots, a development that has prompted the revelation of Shoot Many Robots: Arena Kings, a free-to-play game coming to Steam in the near future.
Arena Kings is billed as an online deathmatch that sees competing players rush to collect their opposition’s crown and flush it down a golden toilet. A typical contest boils down to the expected twitch reflexes and implementation of the many crazy items that so occupied the confines of the original Shoot Many Robots alongside those unique to the standalone game. The simple formula will be enhanced regularly as Demiurge has promised to provide for new content and updates on a weekly basis.
Though no official release date has been given for Shoot Many Robots: Arena Kings, access to the game’s closed beta can be granted by registering on the official website.
